Some Beaded Pendants

This will be a really quick blog entry due to my lack of free time. So I made these beaded pendants for a project in English class. The project was creating visual representations of four types of government. Each one represents Socialism, Capitalism, or Communism. The Fascism pendant was purposely made deformed and I didn't find it worth selling. Here they are:

 

All three of them are for sale in my Etsy Shop. Just something new. No worries, I didn't actually turn these in. You won't be buying something that could have been damaged. I only turned in pictures since that's what she was expecting anyway.

Cascading Necklace and Earrings Set

A brand new set of engineered pearls in the form a a cascading/ layered necklace and earrings. You can find it here: here. They're quite beautiful in my opinion and I'm very proud of them. The necklace was heck of hard to measure though....

 

A new pair of earrings!

So I made and posted my first pair of earrings for sale! *Party* You can see the wonderful little hoops here! They're super simple and minimalist with small faceted briolette beads. And I'd definitely like some opinions on how they're displayed. I've seen a bunch of people hanging earrings of cups and bowls so I thought I'd try it.

     

My First Locket and a New Pendant

Yesterday, I made my FIRST EVER wire locket!!! *cue cheers and applause*. This piece is not for sale as it was a project for my club at school. Unfortunately, I was very low on time that day and did not have the chance to take any formal pictures. The only photos I have were snapped with my phone. Since they're pretty horrible photos, I won't be posting them to my deviantART gallery. However, I will post them here since this is a very informal place for my posts. Please keep in mind that these have not been edited or filtered what so ever, meaning they really look bad. Enjoy:

New Photography Style

Hi again! And, just for the record, I would have posted this sooner if my camera hadn't gone crazy. Sorry. Anyway, I recently got a light-box for my jewelry photos. I used the black background with it and you can see my photos in action here! I used a gradient version of my logo too since the background is black.

So I'd like to hear what you think about this new style. Was the old one better? Is this one better? Can't say until I've posted pictures with a white background too? I want to see your opinions!

I'm officially back!

So you may have noticed that I basically dropped of the face of the earth for a month and a half. That was due to a multitude of issues that kept me busy during that time. But they have blown over now and I am ready to post more stuff!

Just today, I listed my first filigree piece on Etsy. It's a beautiful wire wrapped heart that would be a great Valentine's Day gift! Well, a great gift for anytime of the year. It does include a chain and I have made it an option to chain the original 16 inches and extend it before I ship it out.
